Today’s Reflection

True health is influenced by far more than food, supplements, or routines. The mind shapes the environment the body lives in every day.

When your inner dialogue is filled with stress, fear, pressure, or self-judgment, the body often reflects that burden. Awareness is where that pattern begins to loosen, and where real change can begin.

Remove Processed Foods
(Just for today)

Today, simply avoid:

  • Packaged snacks (Anything in a bag, box, or can)

  • Fast food

  • Sugary drinks (Soda, Energy Drinks, Sports Drinks)

  • Anything with a long ingredient list

This is a small step in the right direction and the reasons will become obvious over time. But, for today, just observe how your body responds.

💧 Hydrate with Intention

Aim for:

  • ½ your body weight in ounces of water

  • Add lemon + a pinch of sea salt to 1–2 glasses

Hydration helps your body begin restoring balance and adds tremendously to your energy levels.

🥗 Eat Simple, Real Food

Focus on:

  • Whole proteins (pasture-raised eggs & chicken, wild-caught fish, grass fed beef.)

  • Vegetables & Fruits (any kind - preferably organic). Why? For a deep dive, click here.

  • Healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts)

Don’t overthink this. Simplicity wins.
