We now live on a planet, where we are exposed to tens of thousands of chemicals every single day, in our air, water, food, ultra-processed “food-like” products, that most don’t even consider, but can adversely impact our health in dramatic ways, especially with prolific exposure.
Despite popular belief, disease doesn’t “just happen” as an unfortunate consequence of fate. Many people believe that disease is a mysterious, unavoidable part of life, but this isn't true. Most diseases are very predictable when we consider lifestyle choices and dietary habits. More often than not, as the unwitting participants in a marketplace that does not have the preservation of human health as an ethical compass to guide their path to profits, we unknowingly create the conditions for these diseases through poor, uninformed choices that harm our health. Fatigue is the most common sign that we're heading down this path. It's the body's way of saying it's time to "course correct" and make healthier decisions.
Fatigue is the proverbial “Canary in the Coal mine” when it comes to our health. It’s a sign the body is out of balance and signals deeper health-related issues at work, that we’ll look at. Fatigue, at its core, is a result of cellular dysfunction, specifically involving the mitochondria—organelles within each cell responsible for producing energy. If these are damaged or compromised, our cells don’t produce adequate amounts of energy . . . fatigue becomes our new normal.

Ongoing fatigue disrupts the body's balance, leading to cellular dysfunction and eventually chronic disease. While you might initially just feel tired, persistent fatigue can cause serious health issues. Fortunately, this can be prevented and even reversed with proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate nREM deep restorative sleep, that over 60% of the population doesn’t get. The Root Cause of Disease
In the last 15 years, overwhelming research has shown that chronic cellular inflammation and mitochondrial (energy producer of every cell) dysfunction, is the root cause of nearly every known disease.
In layman’s terms, every disease is a cellular metabolic energy pathway dysfunction. What we’ve been calling diseases are in fact, symptoms.
Every disease is an imbalance in the body created at the cellular level by the inability of the cell to produce energy. Wherever this is occurring, is the disease/symptoms you’ll experience. This inflammation is mainly caused by diets high in genetically modified produce that’s loaded with pesticides, insecticides, fungicides and petroleum derived fertilizer chemicals from seed to harvest, ultra-processed foods containing added sugars, trans fats, refined flours, and vegetable oils. These ingredients cause significant cellular damage and inflammation. Chronic Cellular Inflammation compromises our cells and the organs they build by impairing the permeability of the cell membrane and embedded protein receptors, which facilitate, and are crucial for, the exchange of numerous elements involved in cellular functions. Consequently, this condition places immense stress on the mitochondria—the cell organelles responsible for processing nutrients and producing energy.
Because of this cellular inflammation, nutrients cannot efficiently enter our cells and waste cannot be effectively removed.
