Many people live from the neck up—thinking, rushing, reacting—while losing touch with what their body is actually saying.

Today, we reconnect.

CHECK IN WITH YOUR BODY 3 TIMES

Ask yourself 3 times today:

  • Am I tense?

  • Am I hungry or just stimulated?

  • Am I tired, stressed, or disconnected?

You do not need to fix it immediately. Just notice it.

🥣 EAT UNTIL SATISFIED, NOT STUFFED

For one meal today, stop when you feel nourished—not heavy.

  • Slow down

  • Notice fullness

  • Leave a little room

Your body often tells you before your mind does.

🌿 DO ONE THING THAT FEELS RESTORATIVE

Choose one:

  • Sit in the sun

  • Stretch

  • Take a quiet walk

  • Listen to calming music

  • Rest without guilt

Restoration counts.
