DAY 5: STABILIZE YOUR ENERGY

No overwhelm. No perfection.
Just awareness.

Today, we focus on keeping your energy steady throughout the day.

Most people don’t have low energy…
they have unstable energy.

Today’s Reflection

What many people call low energy is often a system living in conflict.

When the mind is caught in pressure, proving, self-criticism, or the feeling that you are never quite enough, the body reflects that strain. Energy becomes inconsistent not only because of what you eat, but because of the state in which you live.

Steadier energy begins when the body is no longer being asked to carry the burden of an unsettled mind.

I create more steady energy when I meet myself with less pressure and more peace.”

🍳 PRIORITIZE PROTEIN EARLY

Start your day with protein.

  • Eggs

  • Meat

  • Greek yogurt (if tolerated)

This helps stabilize blood sugar and reduces cravings.

⏱️ REDUCE SNACKING

Today, try to eat meals—not snacks.

  • If you’re hungry, eat a real meal

  • Avoid constant grazing

This helps your body regulate energy naturally.

☀️ GET NATURAL LIGHT

Get outside for at least 10–20 minutes.

  • Morning is best

  • No sunglasses if possible

Light helps regulate your internal clock and energy systems and exposure to sunlight produces Vit D.

⚠️ Something Most People Don’t Realize…

Energy crashes aren’t random.

They’re usually caused by blood sugar spikes and poor daily rhythms.

WHAT TO NOTICE
(Just observe—don’t judge)

  • Energy dips during the day

  • Cravings (especially sugar)

  • Focus and clarity

  • Sleepiness at night

Stable energy feels different—start recognizing it.

CHECK-IN

  • When did you feel your best today?

  • Did you experience fewer crashes?

  • What helped the most?

Patterns create progress.

✔️ This is where things start to feel different.
